Nagpur : Envisioned by Union Minister Nitin Gadkari the largest Agriculture summit of Central India Agro Vision would start from 24th December 2021 at Reshimbag Ground, Nagpur. Agrovision aims to bring latest information on new technology, allied businesses to farmers so that they can increase their income and enjoy profitable farming.
The preparation for this extravagant event that comprise of National Agriculture Exhibition, Workshops for Framers, Day long seminars is nearing completion. For the exhibition domes nine thousand square meter space is being occupied while 4 thousand square meters hanger is erected for huge machineries. Two halls of 750sq meters are established for workshops and 1200 sq meters are dedicated to live stocks. A total of 15 thousand square meter area is occupied for exhibition. Two counters have been made for registration of farmers. The national exhibition that is starting on 24th December 2021 has three seminars and detailed workshops on various topics. Farmers would get an opportunity to get guidance from experts across country and learn from experience of successful farmers. Among various useful workshops some workshops are of long duration . Floriculture, Vegetable Seed Production, Turmeric and Ginger Cultivation Process, National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme, Bamboo Cultivation, Medicinal Plant Cultivation Technology, Economic Prosperity from Forestry, Colorful Cotton Production, Cotton Stalk Utility, Ball worm Management, Proper Use of Agricultural Chemicals, Vertical Farming Mechanization opportunities, silk farming, goat and sheep farming, finance for agriculture, bee keeping, organic farming, exportable production of bananas and oranges, how to increase productivity of traditional oilseeds that are dependent on rainfall, opportunities for agro-tourism in Vidarbha, mushroom production, poultry farming in Vidarbha, production Opportunities and Challenges, Saguna Paddy Technology, a Boon for Farmers are the topics of Workshops have also been organized this year.
Over 350 stalls would be at display from six domes. Along with this stalls imparting information on seeds, fertilizers, agriculture instruments, modern machinery, NABARD and other banks and other agriculture related govt. departments would also be there at exhibition. This year UPL, AS Agri, Patanjali, PI Industries, Mahyco and many other huge organizations have confirmed their participation. Huge exhibition of livestock is organized. Along with the exhibition of breed animals, guidance on fodder management will be provided here. Guidance training on animal husbandry, dairy and other related topics.
